Crop Walk

The Quad City CROP Walk is a 6-mile, bi-state event engaging scores of churches and other faith groups to enlist pledged sponsors and "walk for the hungry."

The 2016 event was a huge success! Planning is underway for a bigger turnout this year at the 46th Annual Quad Cities CROP Hunger Walk on Sunday, October 1st! Registration begins at 1pm and the walk starts at 2!

·        The Quad Cities CROP Hunger Walk Rally for recruiters will be held on Thursday, August 17th from 5:30-7pm at First Lutheran Church, 1230 5th Avenue, Moline. Enjoy pizza and much more while you learn about how to get pledges and collect donations using Walk-on-the Web fundraising and ways to recruit and energize your team.

Pre-Walk Event! Support the upcoming CROP Hunger Walk at CROP Fundraising Night, 4-8 p.m., on Wednesday, July 18th at Quad City Olive Tree Cafes, 2513 53rd Ave., Bettendorf, and 1416 West Locust Street, Davenport. A percentage of all proceeds go toward the 46th annual CROP Hunger Walk.

Working, and walking together, we raised $43,660 in 2016!

A portion of the dollars raised stays in the Quad Cities to benefit local hunger ministries, including Churches United of the Quad City Area, Meal Service of Scott County, EFNEP, Kids' Cafe, and the Humility of Mary. Contributions to CROP Hunger Walk also help Church World Service combat hunger, poverty, and disaster relief around the world. Churches United coordinates, plans and hosts the Quad Cities CROP Hunger Walk for Church World Service.
